At Babi Hair, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please review our return, refund, and exchange conditions below.

Return and Exchange Window

Orders may be refunded or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:

  • be unused
  • be unworn
  • be undamaged
  • be returned in its original packaging

We reserve the right to decline returns for products that show signs of use, styling, washing, cutting, damage, or alteration after delivery.

Non-Returnable Conditions

We may not accept returns or refunds for:

  • worn or used items
  • items that have been washed, cut, dyed, or altered
  • products returned without original packaging
  • items damaged after delivery due to customer handling

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect order, please contact us as soon as possible and provide:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the item received
  • a short explanation of the issue

We will review the matter and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for the shipping costs of returned items unless the return is due to an incorrect item, damaged item, or a confirmed fulfilment error on our side.

Return shipping charges must be prepaid unless otherwise agreed by our support team.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund request has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period, depending on your payment provider and bank.
