The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: processing time and shipping time.

1. Processing Time
Processing Time: 0–2 business days
Fulfillment Days: Monday – Friday
Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (SAST), South Africa Standard Time
Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed on the next business day.

Please note:
We do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays
Processing time is NOT included in the shipping time
We kindly ask customers to plan their orders accordingly.

3. Important Shipping Information All applicable taxes are included in the product price and covered by us.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control.
While we aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, we recommend:
Avoid placing urgent orders within 48 hours of your required date
Allow at least two weeks buffer time before your intended use date to prevent unexpected delays

4. Delivery Notes
Local courier services do not operate on weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
Orders are not dispatched during weekends or public holidays
Shipping and processing times may be extended during peak seasons or holidays

5. Address & Contact Information

To ensure successful delivery:

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address
A valid phone number is required for delivery coordination

If an order contains:

Missing contact details, or
Incomplete/incorrect shipping information

The order will be placed on hold for up to 3 business days.

If the required information is not updated within this period:

The order will be automatically cancelled
A refund will be processed accordingly

Customers are responsible for ensuring all provided shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase.

Failure to provide correct information may result in:

Failed delivery attempts

Please note that all delivery timeframes provided on our website are estimated shipping times and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
